Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (ANYWHERE WITHIN INDIA)
Standard Shipping cost – Rs 99/- will be added for order upto 800Rs and free shipping for order above 800Rs.
For Cash On Delivery (COD) extra charge of 140Rs will be added to the order amount.
Delivery timeline - 6 to 8 working days for domestic orders and 12 to 22 days for international orders.
Cancellation Policy
Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non- refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation via email svilafashion@gmail.com with in 24hrs of order placement.
Note:
- The timeline may change depending on the area, region, National or State Holidays or delay due to customisation and unforeseen conditions.
- Please bear in mind that delivery to certain remote or inaccessible locations requires a surcharge to be paid, which carriers demand. If in case the delivery location listed by you lies within these areas, we will inform you beforehand about the same.
